Procedures:
1. The Buyer send ICPO or Full Corporate Letter of Intent to conclude the contract.
2. The Buyer send an advance payment. It agrees the contract with the Buyer to manufacturing and sending to address of the Buyer, the given wire.
The advance payment at the rate of 1.204.000 rub/kg (28.000 euros) for manufacturing a wire and sending to the buyer.
2. The seller after reception of the advance payment makes a wire till the set size (on manufacturing of 10 kg НP1 leaves about 2-3 weeks), legalizes papers in customs house and sends on DIH to the buyer.
3. The buyer, after reception of a wire, makes certification in independent laboratory, after reception of results makes final settlement on a wire.
